Terms of Service
1. Service Scope
Avangard Reklam provides Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads management and SEO services. Our services are carried out according to the work plan determined within the scope of the contract with the customer.
2. Payment Terms
Service fees are collected according to the payment plan specified in the contract. Advertising budgets are paid directly to advertising platforms by the customer. Agency service fee is invoiced separately.
- Monthly service fee is invoiced at the beginning of each month
- Payments must be made within 7 days
- Advertising budgets are in customer's own account
3. Cancellation and Refund
Service contract can be cancelled by either party with 30 days notice. Service fee for the ongoing month is non-refundable. Unused advertising budgets belong to the customer.
4. Privacy and Data Protection
Customer data is protected in accordance with KVKK and GDPR. Campaign data, reports and business information are kept confidential. Data is not shared with third parties.
5. Liability Limitations
Avangard Reklam is not responsible for policy changes, account suspensions or technical issues of advertising platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok). There are no guaranteed results, performance targets are worked on with best effort principle.
6. Dispute Resolution
Disputes arising from this contract are first attempted to be resolved through friendly negotiations between the parties. If unresolved, Aydın Courts and Execution Offices are authorized.
